Driving Directions By Land
We are located just north (about a 1/4 mile) of Excelsior on Minnetonka Blvd. After you cross St. Alban’s Bay bridge, we are the second right, just past the City Of Greenwood sign. Our Greenwood Marina sign will be visible, and our road is shared with the St. Alban’s Bay Villas. Continue through the Villas, and our facilities will be right in front of you.
Boating Directions By Water
We are located in St. Albans Bay, which is on the South end of the Lower Lake, just past Excelsior Bay. The St. Alban’s Bay bridge is located in the Eastern corner of Excelsior Bay, and our facilities can be seen immediately when through the bridge. We have all the green covered slips, and our gas dock is just to the left of the bridge.
